Our pilot company started its activities 10 years ago within Audi Hungaria PLC. providing a development environment for our ERP system. Within two years, we were awarded a national supplier contract by Audi, and a year later we achieved an international supplier contract. With these references in our possession, other multinational companies with sites in Hungary also approached us for contracts; REHAU, Mercedes-Benz. Paving the way for the company's development, we developed the Grail ERP system, our Pilot company fulfilled the quality assurance requirements of ISO 9001/2015 without any defects. We have achieved 100% in customer satisfaction measurement provided by our ERP system, based on 500 questionnaires over a period of one year. IFKA Industry Development Public Non-Profit Ltd. conducted an industry 4.0 and digitalisation survey of Hungarian companies on behalf of the state. This survey showed an outstanding level of industry 4.0 and digitalisation in our company, and the productivity of the company was measured at 98.5%.
