Our team has been engaging in critical supply activities for the Volkswagen (VW) group, including Audi, for a substantial duration of time, under an exclusive contract. In this capacity, we have developed a high level of expertise and have been responsible for the design and construction of all logistical support systems for the Audi engine plant over several years. Furthermore, we have performed maintenance and repair services on the same components, again under an exclusive contract arrangement. Our commitment to customer satisfaction has been resolute, with almost a 100% satisfaction rate. These services have been rendered in Europe's most extensive engine factory, where the quality standards surpass those of all other factories.

Throughout its operational history, our pilot company has successfully delivered over 3,500 projects, each of which was completed without any incident, quality complaints, accidents, or other negative occurrences. This remarkable track record of success is attributed to our advanced project management system, which is integrated into our ERP system. Our system is designed with mandatory checkpoints established at strategic intervals throughout each project, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed proactively, thereby minimizing the likelihood of negative outcomes.
Project management
The ERP system utilized by our organization employs Gantt charts, milestones, and dependencies to effectively consolidate subtasks into a cohesive project, resulting in a transparent and deliverable outcome. This process involves the deconstruction of complex projects into simpler subtasks, each with specific responsibilities and deadlines, thereby facilitating easier management. Furthermore, our system allows for the recording of meeting notes, which can be referenced at any time to keep all project stakeholders informed and up-to-date on the project's progress.

Worksheet

For manufacturing and production companies, our ERP system serves as the core of their operations. This is where planned company activities are monitored and organized. Through a single page view, stakeholders can access all necessary information, including the required steps, activities, data, raw materials, and resources. This comprehensive approach allows for efficient management of progress, costs, and subtask assignments. Users can also set critical alerts to manage potential issues effectively. Our system provides a vast but comprehensive, traceable, and easily understandable source of information, which ensures that stakeholders can manage their tasks without being overwhelmed by too much information at once.
Logistics
GRAIL boasts highly advanced Industry 4.0 and Lean features, including an automated request for quotation interface that automatically requests quotes for the raw materials required for each project. But our system goes further by automatically deciding who and what to order from the list based on a set of predefined parameters. These parameters include the importance of price versus delivery time, supplier reliability, quality, and punctuality. Our system also conducts a batch comparison of the received quotations and generates an automatic ordering interface based on the evaluation of offers.
Our partner interface enables the connection of small and large companies, allowing the ERP of the small company to continuously monitor the stock of the large company and automatically re-order based on the set minimum and maximum stock levels. The system even considers the stocking points of retailers with multiple warehouses, ensuring that stock quantities are ordered where they are needed locally. Additionally, our system offers support for managing stock according to any storage system, managing it in any currency, and providing help with sales, such as offering pre-expiry promotions for products with expiry dates.
Storekeepers are presented with a picking list, which informs them of what raw materials and products they need to prepare and when. Our system is based on the logistics document, and its status changes as the process moves forward.
In the event that the machine's decision is overruled by the purchasing agent, the system offers a way to inform the manager, promoting transparency and detection of corruption or other crimes.

Billing

At the conclusion of a project, or at any point during its execution, our ERP system can generate an invoice based on the initial quotation and send it directly to the customer via email. Notably, we are proud to mention that our invoice module was one of the first in the industry to feature voice control functionality. While this capability is still in development, it will soon be available for use across the entire system.
Invoicing
Our ERP system offers full functionality for managing and processing invoices, including the ability to automatically send issued and received invoices to tax authorities if necessary. Additionally, the system is capable of generating VAT returns as required. Payroll for employees can also be managed through the system, which can handle absence records, vehicle expense reimbursements, and other related tasks.

Checkpoint
Effective communication and clear instructions are important for any team, but they are only effective if the person issuing them is actively involved in monitoring and controlling the activities that they relate to. Without this level of oversight, events can quickly spiral out of control, potentially damaging the company's reputation and bottom line. To mitigate this risk, it is crucial to assign controls to every task or sub-task, ideally with multiple checks in place to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. Our system includes a monitoring mechanism that can even halt processes until critical checks are completed, ensuring that every step of the process is thoroughly vetted by a responsible party. This approach was central to the success of our pilot company, where we built in checkpoints at every stage to guarantee that the finished product would meet or exceed expectations.

CAD support

In the context of production, CAD (computer-aided design) software is a crucial tool that is widely used by professionals. Our ERP system offers seamless integration with CAD software, allowing the parts list to be imported and automatically converted into a Batch Order Record for the finished product. This means that what is designed using CAD software can be directly translated into a logistics system for ordering, streamlining the production process and reducing the risk of errors or delays.
Support
Our ERP system offers comprehensive customer support that is easily accessible through the system. Users can click on the support icon to contact us anytime they need assistance or encounter a problem. The system is designed to classify notifications and take appropriate action based on the content of the notification. For instance, if the problem is technical in nature, the system can even take a screenshot of the issue to better understand and resolve it.
We take customer support seriously and strive to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Based on statistics from the past few years, our average time from the moment of notification to resolution is 2.46 hours, with over 5,000 reports serving as the basis for this statistic. We provide 24/7 support to all our users, ensuring that their needs are always met in a timely and effective manner.

Our ERP system provides built-in support for MS and Google mail and calendar functions. This means that you can easily manage your emails and appointments directly within the system. Additionally, the system allows your contacts to view your availability and schedule appointments with you online or in-person.
Furthermore, our internal message manager allows for easy communication within the system. You can send messages to other users within the system, attach files, and receive notifications when new messages are received. This feature helps to streamline communication within the company and ensures that everyone is on the same page.
